    No in-person sessions are included.

  • Hybrid Coaching includes:

    • Everything in Premium Online Coaching

    • 1 in-person session per week (50 min, Fairfax)

    • Live cueing, correction, and mobility integration

    • Strength, posture, and movement mastery

    It’s ideal for local clients who want hands-on coaching with added flexibility.

  • In-person sessions are held in Fairfax, VA 22031. The exact gym address will be provided upon enrollment.

  • No. We work with all fitness levels. Programs are tailored to your experience, ability, and goals.

  • Yes. Comprehensive nutrition guidance is included in Hybrid Coaching. Online Programming may include basic nutrition guidance depending on the package.

  • Programs are customized based on your needs. Please disclose any injuries or medical conditions before starting.

  • There is no long-term contract. However, consistency is key to results, and we recommend committing to at least 8–12 weeks for best progress.

  • No. All sales are final once services begin.

  • If you select the “subscription” option once signing up, you will be billed on a 4-week recurring cycle and automatically renewed unless cancelled with proper notice.

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.Late cancellations or no-shows are forfeited.

  • No. Sessions must be used within the 4-week cycle and do not roll over or accrue.
    One emergency rollover session may be granted per cycle in cases of illness, injury, or emergencies.
